Levy is a social awareness print project about taxing periods. In 30 out of 50 states, menstrual products are not considered basic necessities and not subject to a reduced tax rate or exemption; they are taxed as luxury items. I wanted to make this campaign graphic and visceral without making it overtly bloody.
